Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, GAAP, and IFRS standards, including timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support strategic business decisions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to align with organizational goals.
- Support external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and resolving audit queries.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is highly desirable.
