Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns (PPH, PPN, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct tax audits and reconcile discrepancies to mitigate risks.
- Provide advisory services on tax optimization and corporate structuring.
- Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and clients to resolve tax-related inquiries.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and implement updates to internal processes.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., e-SPT, MYOB, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPH, PPN, etc.) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
