Responsibility
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (PPN, PPh, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submissions to avoid penalties.
- Conduct tax audits and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for tax reporting.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise management on potential impacts.
- Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s financial efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax-related documentation.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in the FMCG, agribusiness, or manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.).
- Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
