Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high-quality financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
