Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure financial data integrity.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
