Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to Tamil-speaking clients via phone, live chat, and email.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Handle high-volume calls and chats while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist with customer onboarding, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Tamil and English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (relocation support provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
