Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote electronic products and services.
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients, providing information, resolving queries, and closing sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in a call center environment).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work night shifts (flexibility required).
- Comfortable with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Prior experience in electronics or tech sales is advantageous.
