Responsibility
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully resolved.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
