Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of inbound telemarketing specialists to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Analyze call center metrics and KPIs to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align telemarketing efforts with broader business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in telemarketing operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and sales achievements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inbound telemarketing, customer service, or call center operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a call center environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, call center tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
