Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR management.
- Strong understanding of training and development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
