Responsibility
- Oversee manpower fulfillment across assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.), ensuring timely and efficient staffing solutions.
- Develop and execute localized recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and onboard high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local communities, job boards, and educational institutions to expand talent pools.
- Monitor candidate performance and retention, implementing feedback loops to improve hiring quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align staffing plans with business objectives and regional demand.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Track and report KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) to management with actionable insights.
- Conduct field visits to assess workforce needs and address operational challenges proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination, preferably in a regional or field-based role.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and local partners.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR databases.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
