In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in designing and implementing initiatives that boost morale, productivity, and retention across our remote and hybrid teams in Bali.

As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you’ll collaborate with HR and leadership to create tailored programs that align with our company’s values and business goals. From organizing virtual team-building activities to developing recognition systems, your creativity and strategic thinking will help shape a positive and inclusive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing company while working in some of Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align engagement strategies with company goals and values.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person team-building activities, workshops, and events.
  • Develop and manage employee recognition and rewards programs to boost morale and motivation.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and distribute internal communications, newsletters, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts by promoting a culture of belonging and respect.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful engagement programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Experience with HR software, survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics), and data analysis.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions for employee engagement challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
