Responsibility

  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions in accordance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Investigate employee misconduct, violations, or grievances and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and local employment legislation.
  • Develop and implement training programs on workplace ethics, anti-harassment, and code of conduct.
  • Maintain confidential records of disciplinary cases, investigations, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risks related to employee relations and compliance.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Monitor workplace culture and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, or labor law.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and HR best practices.
  • Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a fair and impartial approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or local equivalents) is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
