Responsibility
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for internship positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and campus networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Participate in career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions to promote Anabatic Technologies.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and candidate quality.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Badung region) for the duration of the internship.
