Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the APAC region.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline hiring processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
