Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline hiring processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
