Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Process and submit work pass applications (e.g., visas, permits) in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, documentation, and integration of new employees.
- Liaise with government agencies, such as the Ministry of Manpower, to secure training grants and incentives for workforce development.
- Administer contract renewals, ensuring timely execution and adherence to legal and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, work pass statuses, and recruitment metrics.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and work pass processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, work pass regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
