Note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, with occasional travel required for regional projects.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for roles in Manufacturing, Construction, and Oil & Gas sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards, and networking platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage candidate expectations.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesâ technical and soft skills for specialized roles.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline hiring processes, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate experience.
- Leverage employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates and enhance the companyâs reputation as an employer of choice.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Manufacturing, Construction, Oil & Gas, or related industries.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in a high-volume environment.
- Experience using ATS (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or recruitment (e.g., AIRS) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
