Responsibility

  • Lead and optimize HR service delivery for PSA’s Asia-Pacific operations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee queries and HR-related issues.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and PSA’s global standards.
  • Oversee HR shared services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record management, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to streamline HR processes, leveraging technology (e.g., HRIS, ATS) to enhance service delivery and data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and retention programs, to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage vendor relationships for HR outsourcing partners, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and costs are optimized.
  • Provide strategic input on HR transformation projects, including digitalization, automation, and process reengineering.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for senior management on HR service-related matters, presenting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR services, shared services, or HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as experience with global HR best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing HR service delivery, including payroll, benefits, and employee records, in a multinational or large-scale organization.
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and other HR technology tools to drive process automation and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement, cost optimization, and service excellence.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Remote work experience in a distributed team environment, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
