Responsibility
- Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
