Responsibility

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
  • Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to successful candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
