Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Process timekeeping and payroll data, coordinating with the finance team for timely salary disbursements.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Organize and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and training records.
- Coordinate orientation programs and training sessions for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and records management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia (a plus).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
