Your expertise in HR operations will help streamline our processes and enhance employee satisfaction. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, you’ll bring proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibility

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Process timekeeping and payroll data, coordinating with the finance team for timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Organize and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and training records.
  • Coordinate orientation programs and training sessions for new hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and records management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia (a plus).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
