Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the placement process from start to finish.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide expert advice.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve processes.
Qualifications
- No prior recruitment experience required—full training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
