Responsibility
- Assist in managing employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and social gatherings.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and managing HR-related documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to address performance issues and develop action plans for employee development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, employee relations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical standards.
