Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including document management, office supplies, and facility coordination to maintain a productive work environment.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and securely stored.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration, working closely with finance and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures, providing timely and professional responses.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for management to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software; experience with payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
