Responsibility

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess cultural fit to ensure successful placements.
  • Job Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefings to offer negotiations and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
  • Employer Branding & Marketing: Assist in creating compelling job descriptions, employer branding content, and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent and enhance client visibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a high-performing, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Open to both Junior (0-2 years) and Senior (3+ years) candidates with a background in recruitment, HR, sales, or related fields. Fresh graduates with a passion for recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and the job market in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset and the ability to influence and close deals.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve recruitment processes.
