Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and performance incentives.
- Conduct employee orientation, training, and development initiatives to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations, using HRIS software.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs to boost morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
