Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Design and deliver employee development programs, including training, workshops, and career pathing.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess recruitment efficiency and employee retention.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR development.
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and employee retention strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
