PT Huisman Selera Kita is seeking a Senior General Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bali. This is a unique opportunity to oversee critical administrative and operational functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all GA-related activities.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and asset tracking for office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding, offboarding, and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Handle logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for office operations.
  • Liaise with external partners, including landlords, service providers, and government agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for audits and management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, or HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and basic accounting software.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is a plus.
