Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
