Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the healthcare industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Lead recruitment transformation initiatives, including process optimization, technology adoption (e.g., ATS, AI-driven tools), and candidate experience enhancements.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on efficiency, diversity, and quality.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and implement data-driven hiring metrics.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for critical roles, leveraging proactive sourcing, employer branding, and network expansion.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion candidate experience by designing seamless, engaging, and transparent hiring processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in healthcare recruitment, labor markets, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in recruitment strategy development, process improvement, and team leadership.
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Experience with HR technologies (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) and data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regional hiring practices is advantageous.
