In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to closing placements, while enjoying a competitive base salary of $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month plus uncapped commissions. Responsibility
- Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for diverse industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to attract top-tier candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless hiring process for both clients and candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (prior recruitment experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
