Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in manufacturing and semiconductor sectors.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Leverage multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
