Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in manufacturing and semiconductor sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Leverage multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
