Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for technical, administrative, and leadership roles.
  • Manage job postings on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, local job boards) and optimize them for maximum visibility.
  • Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Enhance employer branding by promoting FiberHome’s culture, values, and career opportunities through social media and networking events.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline hiring workflows and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the telecom, IT, or engineering sectors.
  • Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates and filling niche roles in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable.
