Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage HR operations processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in talent management systems
- Support global mobility programs, including relocation assistance and visa processing for international assignees
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline shared services operations and enhance service delivery
- Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR operations inquiries
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in HR operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, global mobility, or shared services
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with global mobility programs or international HR operations is a plus
