Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage HR operations processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in talent management systems
  • Support global mobility programs, including relocation assistance and visa processing for international assignees
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline shared services operations and enhance service delivery
  • Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR operations inquiries
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in HR operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, global mobility, or shared services
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with global mobility programs or international HR operations is a plus
