Responsibility
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Provide support for payroll processing, including data verification, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to foster employee growth and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company standards through regular audits and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
