Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other welfare initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including work permits, contracts, and termination procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll management and general HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software; familiarity with SAP, BambooHR, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations (or willingness to adapt to Indonesian labor standards).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are highly advantageous.
