As our HR Recruitment Specialist, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the best talent. Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline workflows and track hiring metrics.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Enhance employer branding through compelling job ads, career page content, and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, improve processes, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
