Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and engage potential talent and creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for the US Pioneer Account.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Engage with candidates through personalized outreach and build strong relationships.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize recruitment processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
