Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Malaysia and Australia, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using proactive sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.
- Leverage social media, job boards, and networking to attract passive and active candidates.
- Conduct screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules with stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and decision-making.
- Negotiate and extend job offers, while managing onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international setting.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices in Malaysia and/or Australia is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
