Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related training, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Adaptability and resilience, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
