As an HR Generalist, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day HR functions, from onboarding to policy implementation, while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your adaptability, problem-solving skills, and hands-on approach will be key to maintaining HR excellence during this transitional period.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
  • Organize and facilitate HR-related training, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
