Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to a luxury brand’s workforce needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Design and execute compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Foster a high-performance culture through training and development programs.
- Maintain HRIS and employee records with meticulous accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
