Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to a luxury brand’s workforce needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Design and execute compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through training and development programs.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records with meticulous accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
