Responsibility
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles in Building & Infrastructure, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles aligned with business needs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidatesā skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Negotiate and extend competitive job offers, ensuring alignment with market standards and company policies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in construction, engineering, and infrastructure to anticipate hiring needs.
- Partner with HR and leadership to refine employer value propositions and enhance our talent brand.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on Building & Infrastructure, Engineering, or Construction sectors.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for niche, high-demand technical roles in APAC markets.
- Strong understanding of technical competencies (e.g., civil engineering, project management, BIM, sustainability standards).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Bachelorās degree in HR, Business, or a related field; certifications in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across global teams.
