Based in the vibrant region of Badung, you will work closely with management and employees to ensure fair labor practices, mitigate workplace disputes, and uphold company policies. Your expertise will contribute to a positive work culture while aligning with Indonesian labor regulations.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of IDR 6.5M – 8M per month, reflecting your experience and impact in maintaining strong industrial relations.
Responsibility
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts in compliance with labor laws.
- Monitor and document cases of policy violations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure alignment with Indonesian labor legislation and internal policies.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance engagement and reduce turnover.
- Collaborate with legal teams to address complex industrial relations matters, including collective bargaining and union negotiations.
- Provide training and guidance to managers on best practices for handling employee relations issues.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management on trends in workplace disputes and resolutions.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster open communication and trust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on industrial relations, employee relations, or labor law compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in conducting investigations, writing reports, and implementing HR policies.
- Familiarity with HRIS or case management systems is a plus.
