Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and database management.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and sourcing priorities based on evolving business needs.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics, including candidate engagement rates, pipeline growth, and time-to-fill.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent pools to inform sourcing strategies.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools to document candidate interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, challenges, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role (internships or freelance work considered).
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar) is a plus.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a bonus.
