Responsibility
- Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process and coordinate payroll-related tasks, including salary adjustments, deductions, and tax compliance.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and exit interviews.
- Support HR compliance initiatives, including audits, reporting, and adherence to local labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as system implementations, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
