Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and analyze retail performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with headquarters to align local retail strategies with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency, resolve issues, and provide on-site coaching to store managers and teams.
- Facilitate communication between dealers, regional teams, and headquarters to ensure consistent execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Design and implement incentive programs to motivate retail teams and drive sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare and present performance reports, training outcomes, and market analysis to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or 2-wheel industry.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs that drive measurable improvements in sales and service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret retail performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or retail management software.
- Passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, and innovative retail solutions is a plus.
