Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Drive and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient selection process.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the companyâs employer brand and attract top talent.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring activities comply with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
