Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media recruitment techniques.
