Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and local labor regulations.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various departments.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Mitigate employment risks by ensuring adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
