As a Sourcing Associate, you will leverage cutting-edge techniquesâsuch as Boolean searches, social media outreach, and talent mappingâto identify and engage top-tier candidates. Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and database management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest levels.
- Track and report sourcing metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate engagement rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent pools.
- Utilize CRM/ATS tools to document candidate interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance IntouchCXâs appeal to top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar HR function (internships included).
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a bonus.
